RCH-As can dispatch single item, small, medium or large orders to *WORLDWIDE* & *FREE OF CHARGE*
RCH-As will NOT dispatch to PO BOX addresses.

We require a valid contact number from you in case the delivery company needs to get in touch with you.

RCHOBBY-AVENUES.CO.UK OFFERS FREE WORLDWIDE DELIVERY. RCHOBBY-AVENUES has no minimum order quantity for most products.


The total delivery time is composed of 3 parts:

The first part is called the screening process. The screening process takes 3 days (Sundays are not counted). The 3-day screening process is highly necessary to reduce any fraudulent transactions or unauthorised payments sent to us. The 3-day screening process is a security measure we have adopted to make sure that the payment you send us will not turn out to be a chargeback. After your payment has been authorised or successful, the status of your order will remain on 'pending' for the 3 days of the screening process. 

After the 3-day screening process comes the 'processing' part. During the processing time, we gather up your items, check and double check them against damages, dents, bends and missing parts. The last thing we want is send you a damaged good or an item with missing components.

The third and last part is the actual shipping time. This is the time that it takes for your package to be delivered to your address. The shipping time can take 1 to 10 days depending on the destination.

This said, after we have received your payment, the delivery time is between 6-17 days. Please do not email us after 2-3 days of having made payment to ask us why you have not received your parcel.

Please note that your order can be delayed around Christmas time and other festive periods.

 

At delivery please check the package before you accept it once it is being delivered to you. If the box is damaged, has holes, cut corners, please DO NOT sign for it/ DO NOT accept it,  have it resent to the sender and contact the Sales Dpt (sales@rchobby-avenues.co.uk) as soon as possible, preferably within 48 hours.

In the case that everything appeared fine with the parcel (no damages to the box), you signed/accepted it, then after opening the parcel you noticed damages to its content(s), please contact us preferably within 48 hours with your order number, clear pictures of the damages taken at different angles and a brief description of the damages.
 
Customers need to return faulty items/parts/accessories or wrong item to RCH-As Returns UK. We will not refund you the shipping cost to have the parcel returned to us, but we will send a replacement or a replacement part to you free of charge.
