Freight cost Additional Charge

We may have asked you to pay additional cost to send your package to the requested delivery address.

In some cases, depending on the delivery country, town, the value of the good purchased is less than the shipping cost. In that case, we refund or we ask you to choose an option amongst 3:

Option 1: We are happy for you to arrange a collection from one of our collection points in the UK or in Germany or Hong-Kong at no extra cost. We give you the dimensions and weight of the package, as well as the collection address.

Option 2: We ask you to pay additional cost to cover part of the shipping cost. We cover some.

Option 3: We refund you in full.
